Educational Psychology

School psychology and education or psychology of education is the branch of psychology that studies the teaching / learning process in several aspects: the learning mechanisms in children and adults; the efficiency and effectiveness of educational tactics and strategies; as well as the study of the functioning of the school institution itself as an organization. Educational psychologists work together with educators to make the learning process more effective and meaningful to the learner, especially with regard to motivation and learning difficulties. They focus not only on the needs of the child at school but also on other areas where school experiences have an impact.
